Smooth and affordable experience using Uhaul cargo van from Lighthouse Storage of Islip, NY. I've had the best experience with the super clean, brand new, state of the art units at Lighthouse Storage. To now have fast access to a van is incredible. Very convenient to have this rental ability at the facility I’m renting storage at! Super easy process! Would definitely use again if needed & recommend to anyone who needs a rental!
MARQUIS HTruck had less than 1/4 tank of gas and the back was dirty when picked up.
Bradley TThe only issue was that I did not realize the hand truck would not be in the van so I need a refund for that and the last people left some items in the van which I left in it when I returned it. Aside from that the experience was excellent!
Lencia PIt took 45 Minutes to finally get into the truck !! When we finally got into the lock box there was no key fob for the vehicle and we had to wait for help to arrive This took away Freon our time allotted to use the vehicle as well as the aggravation of the whole process
