Candace BHave a chair in the hall, outside of the locked Uhaul office door. I’m eighty years old and had to wait, standing, for the young man to get to the office. He was very nice when was helping me with the rental. He also brought a chair to the hall so he could lock the office and check out my returned vehicle.
