Location was closed and I was unable to talk to anyone at all. Even the following day, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to close out my rental.A week later the system finally catches up

Discovered that the tail lights did not work, so had to stop before dark to not get pulled over for no tail lights! Also was asked to drag a box trailer to our drop off location , took extra gas pulling it and you can not see trailer when you are moving straight down the highway! Was not given a discount for doing so got a extra day we did not need, so not all that happy, but will be needing a 26 foot truck again next week, will look at a location in Cabot Ar for the rental!
