selfservice is ok! but having the trucks parked on a hidden corner without security allowed homeless people to get into the trucks. Attendant was aware of this issue and said that he could do nothing about it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis facility was not very clean, there were no signs telling you where to drop off the truck. The personnel there just took the keys and did not give any instructions. They did not inspect the truck close out the contract until two days later after my local branch called them. I do not recommend this location.
Zack DAwful experience. Lied about gas situation and overcharged me by over $100. Will never rent again
Christopher BThis uhaul location was not in the best part of town. The person who helped with the key was cordial but did not have the items I had reserved (dolly and blankets)
Christopher SThe location did not feel safe. The right windshield wiper blade was broken. I had a requested a furniture dolly, but none was included.
