Vehicle had light scratch upon pickup that they are blaming me for & that's not fair.I drove it safely and dropped it off and paid what I was responsible for. Also they claim there was a collision? What collision I'm extremely confused, but I will never use U-Haul again, overall terrible experience.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAgent handed me the keys to the wrong vehicle on my contract. This was also a counter checkout. This was not discovered until later. When I turned the vehicle in the same day, I was informed that my pick-up location had given my truck to someone else and I had theirs.
