Did not like having to give our DLs to a gas station attendant, who proceeded to take pictures of them, on his phone for the UHaul site. Place looks sketchy as could be.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had to paid for gas even when the fuel tank of that truck wasn't full when I picked it up. Very dirty truck by the way.
Juan MEverything about this rental was easy and went smoothly, I would definitely rent from here again.
Audrey WThis was an independent / gas station. Only one person who had to take care of the counter - customers buying gas and products. He was as helpful as possible under the circumstances. One of the running lights was not working on the car trolley which he would not have known.
Margaret MThey didn't seem to know what to do. It took a little while to get the rental and when I did it was almost on empty for gas. Very upsetting since I was already running behind on my move so it put me back more time. In addition, they didn't have the original truck I rented and instead gave me a larger truck which caused issues since I didn't have enough stuff to fit I had to use a lot of rope and ties. All they did was upgrade me for free, nothing else. Not fair.
