Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck was dirty inside. Parking lot too small for trucks Very difficult to take pictures for app too many vechicles in small parking lot and no lace to move vehicle to take pictures Customer service was good
MARK KSam was great helping me drop the unit off. Great service. Cheers
Jason CI was not made aware of a gas fee and I was just a little bit under and I was charged $30.
KAITLIN JThe only issue we had is that we were supposed to be able to pick it up at 8:30am & it didn’t turn out that way. I had done it where I could do a mobile pickup using the app but the truck hadn’t been assigned to us. The 800 number helped us and we got the truck at 10am which out us half an hour behind, but it all turned out ok, because they gave us 24 hours to return it, which we didn’t keep it that long, but we also didn’t have to rush to return it. The people at the location were very nice and check in and out went smoothly since I still used the app for that. Better communication about not being able to get it with our app would have been nice, but overall everything went well.
