Better education for the people renting out equipment. There should be some sort of checklist that when a reservation comes in they check to ensure that the equipment is up and working before the client gets to the location for their reservation. Dealers should not be taking customers ahead of clients that come in and throughout the entire process. something that should have taken a few minutes took over an hour.
