Drop off manager was petty using a ladder to look for damage. In addition, he was having a personal conversation on the telephone while closing out our reservation. Poor customer service.

Uhaul attendant did not verify beginning mileage when we picked up the unit. We had to have him correct the mileage in the computer. It was off by 20 miles which would have meant an additional charge of $14.00 when we turned in the unit. The attendant corrected the mileage error when we told him about it. He was a very nice individual.

I picked up a car hauler to move my truck to my new home, because I recently retired from the Army. I was told that the trailer would work for what I had and when I got to the location where my vehicle was at, it didn't. I was told to call the customer service line, which I did and was then told that a supervisor would have to work on my case, because it was out of her hands. The lady told me that a supervisor would call me around 8:00 am and didn't receive anything. I am very dissatisfied with the service and won't be using Uhaul again. I just want my full refund and be on my way.

Pick up location wasn't made clear until last minute and I had to call them. Pretty scary for a 76 year old and then found out it was in a different town BUT THEN SOME nice young man made it so I could pick it up in the town where I lived.

I was over charged $20 for using a utility dolly and furniture pads that we did NOT use. I'd like it refunded to my bank account please!!

Daniel charger me for using the Dolly and Pads even though they had not been used and the seals were still intact. Said I couldn't get refunded and told me to take it up with a manager. Super unhappy with this. Charged me extra $10 and Daniel was very rude.

I drove an additonal 30-ish miles to pick up from this location, because it was the only U-HAUL in my area open on a Sunday. Definitely something you should incorporate into all of your locations, the weekends are when professionals work out the details.

Pamela Gentry, the store manager, was very rude in the parking lot at pickup, insisting that I must move my vehicle that was parked in another lot with another driver and that herself and her employee had to rearrange the other trucks on the lot. Even after I informed her that my ride was not in that lot and that there were 2 people in it that could move it if absolutely necessary but they were just waiting to make sure there weren't any hiccups with picking up the van. I was told very abruptly to wait inside and they'd be with me in about 5 minutes. When I placed my reservation, I was told I could pay in cash on site but she would not allow this either. I was finally able to leave the lot more than an hour after my scheduled pickup time. Due to inclement weather, I contacted customer service around 530 the next morning and let them know I was unable to return the van that morning like previously planned and I was in need of another day and they were very accommodating and polite. At 1030, my father received a call from Pamela Gentry and proceeded to tell him that I was late in returning the van and she would be reporting it stolen within the hour unless I had received an extension. I would've thought maybe she would've checked to see if an extension had been issued before calling the backup numbers for the rental. We never received the confirmation calls that were agreed to when I placed the reservation and I feel all the calls that were received by myself or my family put extra undue stress on an already stressful situation and could've simply been avoided by better communication possibly with all parties including myself. I took for granted that customer service would contact the store via email or a call after I finished with them and the store manager let her title go to her head and forgot any people skills she may have had before someone told her she was in charge. Any one that my family or I may encounter in customer service employment or just everyday life that may be in need of any services offered by your company, unfortunately will be told in detail why we'll never use this location for sure or any other of the uhaul locations if there is any way around it including paying twice as much for less. Dealing with the general public daily, I believe I would've been unemployed before I entered the store for pickup and I'd be ashamed for treating any customer the way I was treated. It was a rather disheartening experience on top of an already difficult situation that put my family in the position to look for your services in the first place and I'm sorry for that.

Your manager Pam Gentry is rude and hung up on me twice when confronted about being untruthful to me. What can you expect when your manager Dominique wont return calls either. Poor business practice.
