The man is a scam artist. Would add a gas fee even after getting gas at this location. I would probably never pick this location again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was lied to twice about how to pay plus I was told there was a full tank and there was not when I told him about it he said it is and the gauge is wrong so when I brought it back he told me I didn’t add enough but I added to where it was then had to add more gas
Ryan ODid self drop off so did not speak to an employee :)
Devon FI didn't like that no one told me there was a specific time of return. I work and didn't get off work until after the time of return.
Sandra SMy selected drop off was at 311 jefferson. My email confirmation said this as well. When i arrived at this location, the desk clerk was rude beyond anything i have seen. Even though she read my email and confirmed what it said, she told me if i tried to leave the trailer at this location she would charge me $500. She became so agitated at her young child that was strapped in a car seat in her chair, that she slung him across the office because he would not "shut the fuck up and stop crying" I let and went to the 1414 location and was helped properly and left.
