Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charged for a storage unit i never wanted and have me on a monthly payment for the same unit I never wanted or have used. No one will respond to me about it. The truck was fine is just the process of picking it up after hours. I spent an hour on the phone in the parking lot and still wasn't able to get my truck keys. I had to make another trip the next morning to pick up the truck.

Brian HNothing. Great location, close to home. Easy rental and friendly service.
JOEL KI have used this location twice now over the last month, and both times the gentleman at the desk took great care of me. On my last visit, I reserved a truck that was too small for what I needed. I called him up, and he helped me get a bigger truck. Excellent customer service!!
