Like I stated, very little tie down options for the price of the cargo truck. Disappointed and had to check cargo often.

Alisha CThe staff were overwhelmed and the wait was very long. Location was easy to find. My frustration was more that U-Haul forced me last minute to return the trailer far to a different location than previously agreed which was far away without guaranteed compensation for the extra fuel or time. I filed a request for compensation which they said could take 7-10 days. Yet they demanded I return the trailer to a far location or be charged a wrongful location return fee.
Seth GThe people were friendly and helpful but had to call someone because they weren't trained in what to do to give me the truck I ordered. The truck was also dirty and had garbage in it.
Scotty EYes! I can't recall their names right now... so sorry! They were 2 gentlemen who helped us and they were courteous, professional and helpful. Thank you.
