The app barely worked, I wasted close to 2 hours picking up and returning the vehicle. Very disappointing

Ronaldo PPlease do not switch the pick up location from the originally reserved location without sufficient advanced notice. It’s inconvenient when taking mileage into account.
Lucas HThis location was a challenge to get my U-Haul. It took me almost an hour to check in since the app kept crashing and would glitch before I could complete anything. After I finally got the keys, the U-Haul I ordered did not have the additional items (2 dollys and 6 fabric mats) and after running for less than five minutes, the car stopped working and all the service lights came on. I then had to switch to another vehicle I didn't originally order. I was disappointed this wasn't a smoother process and that my guaranteed vehicle and items were unavailable.
