Everything went well. He was very friendly and helpful. I've never rented a uhaul before so it would have been nice to have more information. I hadn't thought about and didn't know how to deal with gas or what to do for drop off being it would be after hours at another location. This was not where I originally made my reservation and I had not been told at that location that I could be picking up somewhere else or not have the size truck I reserved, or that I could be a different time. There were just a lot of things that were not explained and would have been very helpful, and not just at one location.

Elizabeth CVehicle picked up without full tank of gas. Dent in passenger door hindered door operation. No registration card or insurance card for vehicle. Missing one triangle(only had two) three required!
