Location was great. Uhaul gave 'free' upgrade that was $120 higher when I arrived and it took them 35 min to fix...not their fault but Uhauls

Paul MWas someone's side business. hard to find. was not open as advertised (that is why it picked it) It was a real dump. Had to call the pick up location to find out what to do. Your app sucks. Took forever to find and figure out how to do the self return section. Not the best U Haul rental experience. Only good is the trailer was designed for hauling a motorcycle which is what i needed. You should promote that on the listing. Not just 5'x9'
william bI made a reservation for Gaylord Mi but i was directed to Johanesburg Mi instead for pickup. It added 30 minutes to the process and it added extra miles that ended up needing to pay gor. Both would have been avoided if i was able to pickup at my reserved location. I also never received notification or a phone call confirming the reservation or if the pickup location change was ok.
DAVID DCruise control would make a big difference a USB port to charge a cellphone, and power windows can't reach passengers side from the driver seat. the location was great the truck was lacking
