I had to wait to pickup the vehicle because the owner was late getting the location open. The back Of the truck was dirty and not swept out and I was told at checkout that I wouldn’t be charged for anything more then what I was paying at the time of checkout and I get hit with a mileage charge!! Your company is a rip off and I won’t recommend it to anyone!!
JAMES DHave the trailer at the location on time. Not parked on the side of a busy highway in the mud. Could have used help pulling it out and hooking it up. I use U-Haul trailers and trucks for moving. I will never trust or use this location again.

MICHAEL SEveryone was very friendly and helpful when getting the UHaul on to my truck. I already had a hitch and the proper outlets to tow, but I know that if I hadn’t , they would have helped me out with that as well!
