They were not open when we dropped off the truck
Ann POnce again, a great place, great service. The only issue was just opposite of my pick-up location. There was a complete lack of U-haul trucks or trailers on the lot. Coupled with very limited signage, it was a little hard to fine (I drove past it twice). I parked in a different lot and started to call them before I noticed their sign.
James FInside of truck was very dirty. Spilled drinks and food everywhere. Back of truck was a mess also. Dirt and debris.
Dale MThis was by far the worst experience that I’ve had checking out a truck. It took me over an hour to get the stupid app to work and the lady at the desk couldn’t figure out how to do it without the app. Turning in the truck was also a pain in the butt as the app again would not work and there was nobody Manning that facility. Worst experience ever.
