The staff at the location did not have all of the necessary moving supplies (moving pads) and had difficulty locating the appliance dolly I had reserved.

This is why I wish as a nation we had good social services to to take care of our elderly so that they don't have to work. I don't blame her, but the severe lack of training and hiring someone who doesn't know how to use technology really decreases efficiency. Till this day I don't understand why it took 45 minutes just to rent a truck that I already had reservations for.
