Full tank of gas should be mandatory. Barely a quarter full. Back had not been cleaned out, I returned it cleaner than I received it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck’s windshield wipers were in such a bad shape that it was raining and I have to stop at the side of the road as I couldn’t see anything because the wipers are worn out!
Mayank AWalk with the customer and give instructions (eg. photo before leaving location) mainly if first time u-haul users.
ISSAC MWhen I picked up the truck, the employee was rude to me. When I returned it, he told me I had to reserve a parking spot, but I could not park in my assigned spot because another truck was blocking it. He was not helpful and refused to take the key back even though there were still 10 minutes before closing, so I had to leave it in the drop box. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
