I was told when I arrived that this was not actually a rental location. There was a Uhaul sign and a place to drop the keys, but the employee said it wasn't actually a place you could rent from. I told him I drove 30 minutes out of my way because that's what I was instructed to do, and I would be leaving it there anyway. I had to go over my mileage allotment to drive the 30 minutes I had to go to drop it off, when there was a place close to my home I could have taken it to. What sense does that make? I had to pay extra for gas do to the extra mileage to get it back to where it was supposed to be. Then I had to pay $40 for an Uber to get back home. The Uhaul experience is worse than I could have imagined. So inconvenient for the customer, and a complete rip off. I should be refunded for the horrid experience and terrible customer service.
