Check out and check in with the app is very slow and clunky. Ran into the spinner of death during check in and couldn't continue. Also, the app doesn't allow me to select the photo. It's very difficult to take pictures of the sides with trucks a couple of feet apart. Very poor cellphone signal at location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe person was nice and helpful. I wish that I was told that the location was switched before the night before.
Andrea Cthey were super nice but didn’t give me the moving blankets I requested.
kinnedy kBreaks dont work properly, smells bad inside, the seat belt doesn’t fit properly. Horrrrible breaks !!!
RAM SWe had to wait until ten minutes past opening for the location to open. Then the truck had some cloth thing in the back and a lot of dirt. Moved the cloth thing to discover it was covering a massive spill of oil.
