Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExplain where the boxes where you get your key better and when I was trying to take before photos of the truck on the app, it would not work so I had to call customer service and do it from a web browser and she told me this is a common problem, which people should know. Other than that, I did everything on my phone and it was really easy.
Nathan OPretty sketchy area to be taking pictures and doing a self checkout. A very nice woman answered the phone when I called and was really helpful. Everything else was great!
Darrell JThe floor of the truck had sawdust or something scattered on the floor. The truck itself was fine. No performance issues or problems with the condition of everything else.
Sam NI had a very disappointing experience. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I needed assistance, I repeatedly tried calling, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. Good customer service starts with communication, and unfortunately that was completely lacking. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and to be able to reach someone when I had a legitimate concern. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business unless they improve their customer service and responsiveness.
