Jolynn MApp didn't work also the truck didn't have gas it was almost empty
lucas rQuick service and competent staff. They had the truck that the U-Haul website said they had ready to go at the price I expected. No unexpected issues.
ERIC GThe 20' truck that I rented had the engine light on and the air conditioning system barely blew out any air and where it was blowing out was on the side vents used for window defrosting. Tried different settings and it continued to do the same. It was in the high 90's the day I rented the truck. I reported this to the office rep. Other than that, the customer service was exceptionally good, location was convenient, check in and check out was quick.
