The truck was dirty inside the cab and the box. I was charged the $15 U-Haul care fee by the employee who handled my reservation. I was not asked if I wanted it or not. I brought the issue up with the owner who said they had no idea how to reverse the fee but they would look into it. They never did.

It would be helpful if the customer didn’t have to go find an employee to for the pick up and drop off process.
Lauren DWhen we booked the Uhaul online it was supposed to be in provo. They told us it couldn't get closer because they didn't have the staff to drive it. Driving over an hour into another city and county was ridiculous.
Markham BThey are new to renting U Hauls, only one person was proficient in renting a unit, unfortunately he wasn't there when I picked it up but the guy that helped tried hard and made phone calls to help me. He was great but it took a little longer than needed. The time it took is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I'm sure with experience they will soon be a 5.
Grant COur car was locked up behind the fence after hours. We were not told how to access our car. By chance I was able to get ahold of a representative, and he gave me the code to the lock so I could retrieve my car.
