The online booking system allowed the use of a Debit/Credit card, but when we went to pick up the truck that card was not allowed. If it's possible to close that loop so that the system won't accept anything but a straight Credit card, that would be helpful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery efficient and friendly service
CATHERINE HThe person I originally spoke to pick it up wasn’t overly friendly or helpful, and when I dropped off the vehicle that rep was friendly. I showed the customer service rep that the fuel when I got it was a little less than half full - I have a photo and showed them, so I topped it up to a little less than half full, and I was still charged a fuel surcharge.
Bryce PVery good service from the one store staff who was working on site They handled the opening and closing of the contract very professionally. Van was perfect for our moving needs in that day.
Mike BThey couldn’t find my reservation, however after I showed him it on my app he gave me a truck. The van was very dirty when I picked it up. It had a broken side view mirror, making it difficult to see when lane changing. When I returned it later that night the gentleman was very helpful. I’d suggest parking lot lights as it was pitch black where I had to park it behind the building.
