Nobody was at the original pick up location so I had to go to another, wasting time. Was giving a bigger truck (not needed) and I wanted a truck for 3 days could only get it for two. Was not giving the discount that I was told I was gonna get. Im a veteran and this is supposed to be originally veteran started, disappointed.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere is no one on site at this facility. You either have to call and leave a message cuz they do not answer the phone or check in through the app. Then someone will meet you there. Can be a little frustrating, especially if you have a reserve, time and you are punctual for your time and they're not there. Other than that, they're good.
Raymond RAwesome made a terrible situation go easier then planned thanks so much!!
HOLLY MThis location had strange hours (wish I had looked them up) and I had no assistance in dropping off the trailer whatsoever!
SUSAN MWe supposedly checked the lights before I left. I was in my vehicle he was behind trailer. He told me it all worked. I left that night and only had 1 tail light, marker light and license plate light. It was raining coming home and at times I had no lights or just the license plate light. When I got home I checked the lights with another truck of mine and the lights were the same. It was not my vehicle, my trailers work just fine. All I can say is it made it there and back. The wheels didn't come off. I am thankful for that. I know in this day and because of the absolutely worthless people running our government it's impossible to have a thriving company with decent workers. The dollar isn't worth shit and good help is next to impossible to find. The man who rented me the trailer was ok, but I think its just a side hustle. He wants to spend as little amount of time as possible. I don't know how lucrative it is for him but if you pay him good I would look for a change. I thank you for even trying to run a business in these times. So I would come back if I need a trailer.
