Always a good experience here! There is even a phone pickup where the app helps you pickup and return in a few minutes when the business is closed.
JAMES FWas not given furniture dolly’s requested and was the subsequently charged a missing equipment fee. This should have been notated upon picking up the vehicle when it was acknowledged none were available. No mention of the need to fold furniture blankets either and was then charged a cleaning fee for not folding them. Very shady business practices from UHaul. Will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.
