First of all I was told it would not cost me more than $105 I was billed over $200 and was told that we drove it 150 miles there is no way it was more than 60 miles. The truck was clean. We just rented it to go to Johnson City to pick up furniture because it was raining and back to Kingsport. There is no way that is 150 miles. I will never use you all again and will recommend others not to either.

Steven SThere was damage to the truck and it had a problem accelerating. The guy at the counter was a total jerk.
MICHAEL MThis office was hard to see from the road. It's in a gated storage facility. I'd call ahead to get your bearing before going. However the guy running the place was very helpful and quick to check me back in and on my way in no time. Overall a great experience.
jim SGreat customer service
