We had a very good experience with this particular location. My husband had called the day before we picked it up to ask a question about picking up after hours, and the employee he spoke to (Johnathan) gave us his and his boss's cell phone numbers if we had any issues, and when we did have issues with the check in process, Johnathan helped us sort it out after hours. Plus the U-Haul was very clean and in great condition. Will likely get another U-Haul from this location in the future!
