Mark ROnly reason for the no on the personnel is because we didnt have to interact with any.
Kristina BI had a great experience with my U-Haul drop-off! Unfortunately, I didn’t get the guy’s name, but he was so nice, patient, and helpful. Even though I arrived almost at closing time, he didn’t rush me and assisted me with kindness. Really appreciate his excellent customer service. Thank you!
Antonio HThe truck felt pretty beat up and unsafe, the steering wheel was loose and shaking, the breaks were grinding and vibrating. Wouldn't want to drive it long distance. Other than that everything was good.
