The drop off has no signage except a small U-haul banner. There is no directional signage. No office just a small garden shed with unmarked key drop box next to it. Not a person in sight. I felt like I was just leaving the truck in some random lot. Not a good experience

Maranda I24/7 pick up process was easy to complete on my phone
Grifyn FI didn't like the 'self check out', 'self check in' process. I had an accident with the vehicle and have had poor customer service from the insurance company UHaul works with. There is nobody to talk to with questions or concerns.
Crystal AThey tried charging me over $120 more than I was suppose to pay and the guy at Adam Mercer laughed at me when I was upset about it because the main lady had already told me they were comping me 75 miles and an extra day because I had to go so far to pick it up because there wasn't a 10' truck available and I drove an hour to get it. So now I talked to the main office and they told me I don't owe them anything. For him to laugh at me was extremely unprofessional! That's not how you do business, you don't laugh at someone who is in distress because they are being way overcharged! Moving is stressful enough.
