Seer Rgreat service
CALIXTO BLocation needs to be open at the stated 9:00 am operating hours. We had to wait until 9:15/9:30 am for both our pick-up and drop-off days. Location does not have use of the U-Haul key drop box do to it being broken for months and waiting for U-Haul to come out to fix. Need to train personnel on U-Haul system, 45-60 mins to be issued the truck is way too long.
Richard SThe PakMail location was a mess. We had a truck reserved but they couldn’t find the keys to the truck. Stacks of paper, mail, food, dirt everywhere…super disorganized! They searched for the keys and couldn’t find them. Then says let me give you a different truck but I have to see if it is safe to drive. The truck had less than 1/8 tank of gas and had to be refueled. I returned it to the designated spot after hours and it took 4 days and many phone calls for them to turn it in and I kept getting receipts for additional days charged to my rental. It took someone from corporate to handle the closing of the rental and crediting back the fees. Horrible service, horrible location, staff that takes no pride in their work, personal appearance or location organization and appearance. Wouldn’t use this location!!
