The truck cargo section had three pieces of lumber when I went to pick it up. How about inspecting the equipment before renting it? The truck air conditioner failed during use on the highway. This truck had over 110 000 miles on it and should be retired.

Although I have a good review to Kutztown, my U-Haul experience was terrible. I used their cargo van with permission to drop off in pocono summit same day. I was billed 189 and then another 339 for 2 days of service and for taking it out of town. That was not the agreement and I dropped it off the same day and put the key in the slot on pocono summit.
