The Uhaul return is located behind the business and it is really scary. I didn't know we were supposed to return behind the building till the very end of return. Poor communication and signage.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery nice and friendly
MARY GThe trailer has no tongue jack. You have to physically lift the tongue from the ground to place it on the hitch ball. In this case the trailer was very heavy and parked on a bit of a downward slope. Terrible if you are alone and not strong enough to lift it!
Randy DA pleasure to work with. The truck was ready when we arrived and the friendly service made it too easy.
JONATHAN KEverything was just fine. No problem
