Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe rental and return processes take some time but it is easy to follow. Might want to let people know when they rent the vehicle that the same process is required on return so they don’t just return the keys and walk away.
Horacio VI had to provide the same information verbally as much of what I had to type and n their website. A bit redundant, but otherwise a great experience.
Juan BAll excellent. So very convenient. App also streamlined the process.
STEPHEN FNarrow streets, difficult to get in and out of area. Although the location was close to my intended move, my struggle to navigate around would make me consider another U-Haul center next time. Just to be frank, it was not the fault of the store or its owner, who was actually quite friendly and easy to work with.
