ken rThe guy that helped me get my trailer was amazing. They have very crowded parking area for trailers, which looks a bit unorganized but he went out and found my trailer, hooked the trailer on and fixed it all for me to just drive out! That was really helpful especially for ladies who are middle aged picking up or dropping off trailers! I have rented several trailers from u-haul, and this was the first time I had someone go that extra mile and do that! I really appreciated it. I can hook up and unhook trailers, but it is really nice and respectful when they do that! Give that guy an A++
JUDY SThey didn't meet the reservation. They didn't give me $50 as promised for missing said reservation. I had to drive to a different town for a smaller truck than the one I reserved. Had to make 2 trips to move because of this and pay for twice as much gas. Worst business practices I've encountered in a long time.
Christopher AIt took until today to get my receipt and I turn in the truck a day early. Please give me a $40 refund on my cc. The staff at the edmond U-Haul said I would get a refund if I turned in the truck early.
