Quick pickup and easy drop off. The truck was very clean, the loading deck and door worked perfectly. I needed the 15' box truck to deliver couch, loveseat and recliner to my upholster. I will definitely be using U-Haul again to pick up the furniture when it is ready! Price was reasonable too.

rodger cSandy is great to work with. She goes the extra mile to help her customers! I highly recommend this Houghton Lake location.
Ronald NI rated it three stars, which had nothing to do with the location. The three stars was for how much it cost for only 2 1/2 hours of use. It cost us $95!! to me that is insane. For future needs, I will have to shop around.
Diane MIt was not the pick up city that I selected... I had to drive 20 minutes away to pick up trailer. Not locations fault but it was disappointing.
