Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAverage scam operation on fuel. Operator told me fuel was at 5/8ths of a tank and when I got in the needle was smack dab on half a tank meaning with gas prices I was paying $20 for fuel without driving the truck nothing more to expect from these wonderful individuals almost as bad as tow truck driver scams
Samual VExcellent customer service!
Edward SI went to drop off the keys when I returned the truck after hours. The key box said there was an extra $20.00 charge if I didn't complete a return on line. I called the number for help and the man wasn't able to help me with the return. This was very confusing to me, because it wasn't mentioned when I rented the truck that morning. Ultimately, I wasn't charged an extra fee. I'm 70 years old and don't understand how to use your App to conduct business. The truck only had 1/2 tank of gas when I picked it up and the front floor had food particles left on it. I cleaned it before returning it.
JAMES SInterior was a little dirty, both the cabin and storage space. Not in a terrible way but some minor damage here and there. Thankfully it was not billed to me so no harm no foul. Would still recommend.
