The gentleman whom help me didn't know much about the system, had to call someone for direction, came outside and pointed to the equipment and give me a key, very personable.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI reserved my U-Haul online for a local move $19.95 a day plus mileage along with a dolly for and additional charge. Upon arrival at Sell And Fix UHaul I was told there were no dollies available and they didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. I received the keys to a dirty truck with no gas and sent on my way. Four hours later I received a call and told I was out of time that I needed to return the truck which I was using for a local move 31 miles each way dropped off at the same location. Upon checkin I was told the total was $104 for the truck the miles and the insurance. The same insurance I declined on the online request. I asked for a copy of the invoice, I was told it had to be emailed only to me that was the only way to receive the bill. An hour later the emailed invoice was over $185 for the truck, the dolly, and the insurance(insurance I declined). I called the location (Sell and Fix U-Haul)and was told I needed proof with pictures of the mileage and proof there was no dolly and that I did actually decline the insurance and would have to call the 800 number if there was a problem that there was nothing that could be done at the location. Horrible experience and bad business practices!
Jarime JYou are kidding right this has to be one of the wort locations I have ever visited, it’s a iPhone repair store with no parking other than in the mud and weeds and not in a very safe area. And when I dropped the truck and dolly the man acted like I was being rude when I said I needed to leave my truck park ether overnight so I could unload the truck and bring it back the next day and why I had paid extra for the day. I told him the lady at the pickup location said it was perfectly fine and that I had to do it at the pickup location. He then stated he did not understand why would she do that that they could not be responsible and that there was really no place to park it. So, he had me sufficiency convinced that someone was going to steel it or at least break into it and I had over $15,000 of art and sculpture inside it so. I dropped the truck parked it in the weeds and went and unloaded it for the next six & half hours by myself, I AM SEVENTY-THREE YEARS OLD YOU JERKS. I then returned the truck overpaid for gas at his station and took my vehicle and went home and passed out, No I will never rent from you again and you owe me a refund for days I paid for and could not use because your employee out and out lied, very sad experience.

Ehigie AI paid for a bigger truck last time and it was half the price. Their system went down so it didn’t close out until the next day, I would like to be charged only the $50 or less it was suppose to cost, since it’s not my fault their system went down to close out the rental. I drove less then 8 miles, put gas in it, and got charged nearly double what I should’ve! I would like a reimburmenst of what I should’ve been charged. It should’ve been $40 something or no more then $50. Why was it $111 and change?
