First of all, I am over 65 years old and am a AAA member for more than 20 years and requested at least a 10% discount and this was not taken into consideration. In an overall review, I believe that I was OVERCHARGED. Not a good experience.

Brian WHorrible experience with the owner of the location. He accused me of throwing trash in the dumpster when moving things from the uhaul to my personal vehicle and threaten to charge me for discarding things into his dumpster, but after the store employee watched the footage he found that it was true. He never apologized for his mistake. This was the worst experience ever with uhaul. Trash was in the uhaul cab.
Ellamae LThis location was a mess! They opened late. They did not speak enough English to understand the process. The gas station was broken down. Two of the four pumps were burnt and laying in pieces. The two that worked were so broken down they don’t take card payments. Bars on all the windows. I did not feel safe with my daughter there dropping me off at 7am. Will never go to that location again
Cory BThe staff member working there was not trained on the U-Haul system so it took some extra time. However, they were courteous and kind. The cell phone service was low (possibly a problem with Verizon); so it took extra time to check in online.
