This location is wonderful, however U-Haul is an absolute mess. I rented a 10 ft. truck and drove no more than 20 miles. I get a receipt back that i drove 54 miles which comes out to about a 50 dollar difference. When I call U-Haul i get promises that they will get back to me within 48 hours, nothing doing its been a week already and I have called numerous times. I understand that its nobody's fault and rather there is photographic proof showing the odometer difference before and after the rental being 54 miles. And I don't doubt that fact, however either the pictures were not taken at the right times or some mistake happen because I know for a fact that I did not drive more than 20 miles. This is very frustrating for me and I really hope I will be reimbursed. I am an honest person and am tight on money. In general U-Haul is great and no body maliciously tried to do anything, I just think a mistake happen as they do and hope that U-Haul will honor my request.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was filthy dirty in the cab. The pick up location was closed. I did not have an “App” could not find the lock box took over 40mins to get someone on the phone. Ended up leaving the location via uber, the. Had to go back whe. I found out about the app and how to find the lock box. 2 under rides later I got the truck almost two hours late. The livers I hired thru U-Haul were awful they damaged nearly every piece of furniture they moved and danger the floors and walls at both locations. Then after all the delays you charged me a second day because I couldn’t get the truck back by the drop off time. Worst moving experience so far after 6 moves in my life this one was terrible. The workers were nice but not trained movers and not equipped to do the job properly.

Deborah CI honestly had a terrible experience, I did the after hours pick up and drop off and had issues with all of it. No keys were left for me in the lock boxes, I called and waited for 20 mins for someone to try to help me, an hour into my “rental” I finally get a truck. Trying to drop it off the app was not working and I had to call which was then an hour wait time. I requested a call back which no one did. I dropped the truck off and didn’t get in contact with someone until nearly two hours later. Ontop of the hidden fees and paying for mileage I didn’t even use. I will never use this service again for future moves.
