The truck was leaking brake fluid , ac quit , it shook and rattled, I rent Uhaul all the time and this truck was not to par and roads it assist was useless , I had to drive a dangerous undaunted truck 200 miles to get back home ! Not a happy customer at this point the Uhaul dealer said he couldn’t do anything to help me ,

Cab and cargo areas were clean, truck was filthy, couldn’t see out windshield, mud rings on all tires ! Obviously UHaul is not a top priority for Immaculate Koncepts !

When I ordered the trailer online I declined safe tow coverage. WhenI got to the shop for some reason they had to recreate the order and added the safe tow. I signed the line declining it and was told that it would be credited on the final bill. I received the invoice without the credit and would like this credited please.

This location was great however we were supposed to have a truck at 9 am at a different location and there was not one there for us. This causes a huge problem for our move including having to pay someone an hour and a half extra for time he just sat waiting for us to work.

Told the man I didn't want the insurance multiple times. He snuck it into the contract. Refused to refund it to me. Not only will I never go to that location again I will never rent another uhaul and I will discourage others from doing so also.

It was poor planning on my part but I needed an enclosed trailer that day and it was raining. They had one available and in the 15 minutes it took me to get there, they had the paperwork done and ready to sign. They brought the trailer to where I had parked and hooked it up for me, all in the rain. Highly recommend!

I don't have a problem with the dealer I have a problem with UHaul. I rented a auto transport for 1 day. So far my checking account has been billed 3 times causing my checking account to become over drafted. To say it nicely you suck.

Total rip off espect to pay additional charges for cleaning even after you sweep and vacume the cab. A total rip off. Do not go there if you expect a fair contract deal. NEVER AGAIN
