u-haul was parked in the back of the business. the fuel line was cut and gas was stolen. u-haul should be parked in front of the business area so that these incidents are less likely to occur. it was a huge hassle to resolve.

I cannot comment on the inside of the location or employees as it was closed when I returned the vehicle. The drop off location itself is behind the building, not in the front. Where I parked the vehicle was fine, but just adjacent to the office and drop box, the trash dumpsters were overflowing and trash was all over the floor. The smell was less than appealing. I realize this is beyond the business's control, but does effect the "clean and inviting" statement.
RACHEL LThe continuum of previous location charging two gallons of gas for just a half gallon difference wich was how truck was picked up, I do not recommend uhaul to no one anymore.
