The AV mail and more reeks with the smell of marijuana. The main number sent me to a location 126 Ave I an automotive location that I had to Uber to and even though I called to confirm they had trucks no trucks was there. U-Haul credited me 50 for my troubles but this was unprofessional and a hassle for me Ubering around town. Very disappointed with U-Haul Customer service. For a company that had been in business for such a long time you would think this would happen.
