Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOver charged my credit card for a $10 trip...I literally went in a circle for $160. I got fucked outta my money & they over charge for gas , too many charges for nothing. Very unsatisfied customer
Tarnesha TDrop off location was a disaster! Rain caused flooding, giant mud ruts in the very small area where gravel was and no signage to been indicate someone was there or not. Tried calling customer service and was told 40 min wait, overall the entire experience with U-Haul was nothing short of a nightmare disaster!
Ryan LCharged for gas despite returning it with the same gas i pickup. When I dropped off the equipment, the employee told me "not to worry about it" and said he would handle submitting everything. Because there was no option to take and upload my own return photos like there was at pickup, I had to trust him and now I've been hit with an unfair gas charge. Unprofessional and dishonest practice BTW I let the person at pickup about the issue and she told me to just bring it with the same amount and it will be good
Adrian MNothing, perfect easy process.
