The inside was dirty - had glass and dirt. I also selected a specific drop off location close to where I moved, and when I went to start the return process, it had a completely different location. I had to drive half an hour away, and the gas I replaced was then used up, and I was charged extra for the gas.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisConvenient location, but hard to find the entry. There was no one there to assist, but drop off was easy.

Bob JNot related to the location but the new process using an app is not very friendly and it's time consuming. Not thrilled. Additionally, I feel the service has become really expensive compared to the cost a few years back.
DANTE MTime to get the keys to truck and drop them off too long. Business was understaffed to serve the customers and U-Haul users.
