The staff was super accommodating and helpful. Nice mom and pop style business.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is a pretty small yard with used cars. The gate was open but the door was locked and they appeared closed. No answer to the phone number. Never did find anyone. Called uhaul customer service and they accepted the return and I left the trailer next to a uhaul truck. Uhaul customer service was friendly and efficient.
Seth BNo complaint - friendly employee. Thank you!
George GNobody answered the phone when I called during business hours. Nobody was there when I arrived during business hours.
stephanie cThe gentlemen on site was very helpful. However, we had to speak to an area representative to provide information already in the system. Just didn't make sense. Also, this is the second time we have rented a trailer in Las Cruces. Each time we make a reservation at one location we have to pick up in another. That doesn't make much sense. In my opinion, we should pick up from the same location that we made the reservation. We make reservations far enough in advance that the trailer should be where we reserved it from. I really don't want the answer of "well we don't always have them at the location" - make sure the trailer is at the location.
