Very pleasant experience
NEIL GI was very disappointed. The location was closed when I arrived at my scheduled time to pick up my trailer. As a result I was delayed almost 90 minutes. When I returned the trailer at my scheduled time again there was no one there. I had to use the jack from my pickup truck and large rocks in order to un hitch the trailer. While I understand that UHual is under no obligation to compensate me for all the inconvenience and the fact that because of them I was delayed 90 minutes it would have been the right thing to at least offer me something
Michael PThe first location told me that in order to rent a vehicle I needed proof of residency? No one told me this over the phone when I payed for the rental. I couldn’t rent here because all my records were packed! I would never use u haul ever again, because of this. The first location didn’t even offer any help with getting a new vehicle at another location. I’m going to write several reviews online explaining my experiences, with this process and procedures. The second location was great. Again I wouldn’t Uhaul again just for the big hassle it was to get another vehicle.
Matthew BBryan was outstanding. Couldn’t have picked a better person to deal with. He made it a great experience and couldn’t have been more helpful.
