Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAmerica was very nice and very attentive .. gave us the best customer service.
Jacqueline MRough side of town, they did not have boxes to purchase. Truck was low in oil and transmission fluid was low. My husband notice. I called uhaul company they told me I could take back across Vegas I said no then said I could go to the original uhaul pick up was supposed to get truck. They took care of that. Now, when we turn truck in they said we went 10 miles over and charged us. Now if the truck had oil and tramission fluid we would have not put extra 10 miles. The agent I spoke to today she told well we could of called road service. That was not offered to us uhaul company told me to go across town when that place had nothing. So the end result was to bad nothing that can be done. I was very disappointed because I did a favor for uhual to go elsewhere to pickup truck.
Corina LWe thought a pick up truck was right size. We got a box truck, which I had rented before, snd it was better for everything put into it for one trip.
Roger HWas after hours didn’t talk to staff but was very easy simple and safe. Thank you.
