The rental process was horrible! This was the first time I rented a U-Haul using the app. I had added my son as an authorized driver but the app was not working properly and it was really hard for him to be able to complete the process to rent the truck. When he returned the truck, Lateef came out and told him that he remembered him from earlier, took the keys and took a picture of the dash but neglected to tell my son that he needed to return the vehicle via the app. This caused me to get a notification that the truck was overdue and when I called the store Lateef told me that my son or I could come back and return the vehicle via the app or that I could call U-Haul about the issue. That was ludicrous! My son should have been told to return the vehicle via the app when Lateef came outside and took the keys!!! My son had no clue that he was supposed to return the truck in the app since Lateef came outside when he sawy son come back.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere is no drop box at this location. We asked the gas station attendant for assistance and he made us wait for close to 20 mins. He then asked for ID and to text a picture of the mileage and gas. Pictures were already submitted in the online return process. I don’t see why he has to have a copy of my ID at the gas station along with a text picture of the mileage.
Kamei AHonestly the only good thing about this location is that they allow to drop off the rental wherever you choose to. I was not able to take pictures because the app kept saying that my location was off when in reality they lot location was blank. The guy inside the store doesn't know anything he's talking about, he said that because my transaction was pending that was the reason for the app not to work properly at pick up. I dropped off my rental without any issues so this location is the problem.
Rodrigo DI have never in my life been treated with such lack of regard or professionalism. BOTH men at the counter had no idea what they were doing. ALL of the equipment I paid for was NOT THERE. A random uhaul man showed up with a dolly 4 hours after my reservation. It took me an HOUR to get access to the uhaul I paid for. My family friends and I will never ever be renting from uhaul ever again. Made our move miserable, when it should have been happy.
Sasa RI would recommend you to pick up any equipment from the full service location, like Dolly hand truck and then the accessories and then pick up the truck at that location
